By booking this party you grant the permission to Best of Rome Ltd, the participating venues, and sponsors to utilize the your image or likeness incidental to any still, live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event for which the booking (or the ticket) admits you. THE HOLDER OF THE BOOKING/TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related to the event for which the ticket/BOOKING is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Best of Rome Ltd, the participating venues, and sponsors, and all of their extensions regardless of the negligence of OTHER PARTIES, participating venues and sponsors. Best of Rome Ltd. is not responsible for any lost belongings of the customers (such as cameras, purses, wallets, phones, papers, clothings etc.) for the duration of the party!
