IMPORTANT: STARTING FROM May 1st 2011 we are back to our summer schedule and we are running our party every single night of the week with a kick start from Highlander Pub! Bear also in mind the current schedule of Metro Line A. Alas, they have restricted the timetable of the trains due to renovations of the subway that will last until april 2012. LINE A NOW CLOSES AT 9 PM EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK APART FROM SATURDAY WHEN IT RUNS UNTIL 1:30 AM! This is just to remind you that if you count on the metro to get to the Steps you need to do that before 9 pm. The Spanish Steps are one of the major landmarks in the city and getting there of foot from Termini Station takes about 15 minutes. If you don't feel like walking then you can take any bus that goes to Piazza San Silvestro. The Steps or even Highlander Pub where we host the opening of our party is only a couple of minutes walk from Piazza San Silvestro (adjacent to Via Del Corso). Otherwise, you can always take a taxi, that will probably be the least painful way to join us if you are in a hurry!!!
You don't need to be in rush though as we are quite flexible on our timetable! In that sense you have the chance the jump on the bar hop until 11:30 pm - all you need to do is make your way to Highlander Pub!!! And now officially you have 2 options to join the party: Below you have OPTION ONE: THE FEE FOR THE PARTY when we run the bar hop is 25 EURO PER PERSON, 25 EURO ON SATURDAYS without the optional discount in case of prepurchasing the vouchers, 20 EURO FOR THE GIRLS ON TUESDAYS AND 20 EURO FOR THE STUDENTS WITH A VALID STUDENT ID ON THURSDAYS WHEN WE DO OUR COLLEGE NIGHT! On Sundays to keep the Funday spirit of the happening... The US Dollars are equal to the Euro!!!!
THE SMASHING OFFER IS IF YOU GET YOUR TICKETS TO THE PARTY IN ADVANCE. IT WILL BE 5 EURO LESS IF YOU DO THAT, YOU WILL SECURE YOUR VIP TREATMENT (SKIP THE SIGN UP LINE AND RECEIVE A SHOT OF CHOICE AT HIGHLANDER) AND YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO PICK YOUR SOUVENIR T-SHIRT UPFRONT!
THE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT OUR OFFICE IN VIA DEI SERPENTI 89 (NEAR THE COLOSSEUM) OPEN FROM 9 AM UNTIL 7 PM OR AT HIGHLANDER (NEAR THE SPANISH STEPS) FROM 4 PM UNTIL 7 PM. THE PRESALES WILL CLOSE DOWN AFTER 7 PM!
The discount of 5 Euro does not apply to Ladies Night on Tuesdays and College night on Thursdays, and on any of the nights when we do special events or only open bar at Highlander Pub!!!
OPTION TWO: For those of you who are running late! We don't want you to be under pressure and think you have missed the party! We all know that moving from point A to point B in Rome could be a real hassle or even a mission. And Highlander Pub is not the easiest spot to find either... So, yes if you have skipped a big chunk of our HAPPY HOUR or any time after the end of the Open Bar you can still join us for a discounted price of 10 Euro. That will get you a shot of choice at Highlander, our funky t-shirt souvenir and the admission to all the other bars or clubs we cover on our itinerary. The Open Bar finishes around 10:15 pm and our guests are at the Highlander at least for another half hour! Usually, we host a mini beer pong tournament for our guests immediately after the end of the open bar!
Ladies and Gents,
Due to some temporary bureaucratical changes in Rome from last year we were constrained to modify our party a bit and we also renamed it! As of last year we have called it Rome's Ultimate Party, formerly known as the Spanish Steps Pub Crawl or simply The Spanish Steps Bar Hop. The change of the the wording was quite necessary as it allowed us to operate without interruption on a legal basis! For some reason the local authorities had banned the word "pub crawl" and it was quite healthy for all of us who wanted to get involved in the party to avoid the use of that word! Apparently the ban has been lifted since January 1st 2011 but with all the time and energy we used to adapt to that situation we are not going back to our old terms. People will probably always refer to us as The Spanish Steps Pub Crawl but most definitely we are the Ultimate Party of Rome ! Remember that the t-shirt we give you as a souvenir is available to pick up from our office the next day! Or if you supply yourselves with tickets from our office upfront you can collect your t-shirts before you head to the party!

It is fairly close to the Colosseum and Serpenti Street is the connecting one between Via Nazionale and Via Cavour, bear in mind that our office is an Internet Cafe as well.

The Eternal City is already quite outstanding with Her Ancient ruins meandering through breathtaking fountains, churches, architectural wonders of Michelangelo and Bernini… Rome has Her exceptional cuisine! The scooters and the cobble stone. The weather and the palm trees. And yet you will notice something missing… Where’s the actual party at night? Best of Rome Tours organize one of the most vibrant parties in the city – a great alternative to the generally slow night life of Rome. Within the years the Spanish Steps Bar Hop has turned into a must! There are two main conditions we require from our customers when they join us – speak a bit of English and like to party! Yet, you need to be over 18 and young enough at heart and then you are welcome! The bar hop is the best way to meet locals and fellow travellers from all over the world! Currently, we work with more than 20 bars in the city. Every night is a different itinerary, a different theme and a different ending club! Through the years we have been meeting our customers at the famous Spanish Steps from 8.45 pm until 10 pm – our staff is there every night ! Recently though we have acquired the advantage to collaborate with The Highlander Pub and if you want to join us for a few drinks you can show up there any time after 8 pm. Plenty of you have trouble with the finding the pub and in that case you should try to look for us in Piazza di Spagna. We stand right by the fountain (La Barcaccia) at the bottom of the stairs. The Highlander pub where we do the Open Bar is a couple of minutes walk from the Steps and our staff will take you there as long as you show up before 10 pm. If you cannot find us at the Steps you should just follow the directions to the pub by clicking here! The pregaming before the gaming is our most recent initiative. We host that at Highlander Pub and this allows us to raise the quality of our venue even more! For details on the various nights through the week you can check our SPECIAL EVENTS! We take up to 120 people per trip and in the summer and weekends reservations are strongly recommended! Call us or email us to reserve! We will treat you like a V.I.P!
